Content Crafter AI (“we”, “us”, “our”) is an AI-powered content creation app by Chiseled.ai that helps users generate and post text, images, and videos to their LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X accounts programmatically. This policy explains our data handling practices.

• Social profile/page information & permissions: With your explicit consent via each platform’s OAuth, we collect access tokens to fetch and post content.
• Generated content: All text, images, videos, captions, media, and metadata you create through the app.
• Technical & usage data: Device/browser information, IP addresses, timestamps, usage logs, and error reports for app performance and security.

3. How We Use Your Data

• Service operation: Fetch your profiles/pages and publish AI-generated content to platforms.
• AI content generation: Process your inputs and outputs for generating new content. We do not use your content to train external AI models.
• Support & communications: Respond to support tickets and notify about service-related updates.
• Analytics & improvements: Use anonymized usage data to enhance performance and reliability.

4. Sharing and Disclosure

• We do not sell any personal data or content.
• We may share data with service providers (e.g., cloud hosting, maintenance, support) under confidentiality obligations.
• We comply with LinkedIn’s requirement to store content for service use only, segregate it, and delete upon request.
• We follow LinkedIn Marketing/API terms restricting export, reuse, or commercialization of member & organization data.

5. Requests by Government or Public Authorities

We may receive valid legal requests—such as subpoenas, search warrants, court orders, or governmental inquiries—for user data. We adhere to the following processes:

• We conduct a legal review of every request to ensure it is complete, valid, and enforceable.
• We require explicit legal authority before releasing any user information.
• If a request is overly broad, unlawful, or jurisdictionally improper, we retain the right to challenge or object to it in legal proceedings.
• We apply data minimization: releasing only the specific information required under the request.

6. User Rights & Controls

• Disconnect any linked social platform at any time via app settings.
• Access, correct, or delete your data by emailing info@chiseled.ai. We’ll respond within 30 days and delete content upon request.

7. Age Restrictions

Content Crafter AI is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Security

We use encryption (in transit and at rest), secure token storage, access controls, and regular security reviews to protect your data, in compliance with India’s IT Rules (2011) and global best practices.

9. International & Regulatory Compliance

• We comply with India’s IT Act and 2011 Rules on privacy and reasonable security practices.
• For users in GDPR or CCPA jurisdictions, you may exercise rights to access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and objection where applicable.

By linking your social accounts and using our App, you consent to this Privacy Policy and the sharing/permission flows as required by LinkedIn, Meta, and X.
